Bedding Made Better!

A Piggy BedSpread is a washable, reusable, absorbent ‘bed-spread’ made of 3 exclusive components sewn together to create a custom fitted bedding system (Patent Pending, US 61/264,371). Piggy BedSpreads are designed for use with Cube and Coroplast cages (C&C Cages), but can be customized to fit almost any guinea pig or small animal cage! This bedding system is a great alternative to costly, disposable bedding products such as Carefresh, Pine shavings, or pellets.

Layer 1:

A soft & colorful fleece wicks away urine from the surface into the absorbent layer below, keeping your piggies dry. This layer covers the cage floor and covers all 4 walls, inside & out, so your guinea pig can’t burrow under the bedding.

Layer 2:

A super-absorbent textile which absorbs 10 x it’s weight. We do not use cheap U-haul pads as do other copy cat systems. U-haul pads disintegrate in the washer and dryer. Our exclusive textile is durable and far more absorbent than any other product on the market such as flippers.

Layer 3:

A premium grade waterproof fabric which minimizes leaks and seepage into the coroplast tray. (Minor seepage can occur if the spread is not washed frequently enough. It’s always a good idea to wipe down the coroplast tray at each bedding change.)

Loft Piggy BedSpreads

1×2 and 2×2 Loft Piggy BedSpreads are designed to fit a loft where the ramp come up through the floor of the loft along the left side as shown in this picture. The ramp opening is 6″ wide and 8″ deep. If you’d like to order a 1×2 or 2×2 loft Piggy BedSpread without the cut-out in the floor to accommodate the ramp, simply indicate in the “Customer Notes” section at checkout that you don’t want the cut-out in your loft Piggy BedSpreads.
