Please note that our current turnaround time for order with sewn goods is approximately 3 to 7  business days from the day you placed your order.  If your order had no sewn goods in it but only has items such as cages, coroplast, grids or connectors, the current turnaround time is approximately 2-5 business days from the day you placed your order.

When checking on the status of your order from the Account page of this website, please note the different status definitions below.

• Processing – Your order was received and place in our processing queue.  Your order will stay in this status until it has been cut and sent to our sewing team.
• In Production– The items in your order have been cut and sent to our sewing team.  It should only be a couple days until your order ships out.  Your order will stay in this status until it has been shipped.
• Complete – Your order has been shipped.  You will receive a shipping email with tracking information at this time.
