Expected Ship Date

Sewn Goods:  All products requiring sewing are made to order.  The ship date for your order is approximately 2 to 5 business days from the day you place your order.

Cage Only Orders:  If the only items in your order include cages, connectors, or grids (no sewn items), the ship date is approximately 1 to 3 business days from the day you place your order.  If there are any sewn items in your order, the approximate ship date is 2  to 5 business days from the day you place the order.

Free Shipping Offer

To qualify for free shipping, your order must have a shipping address within the contiguous 48 United States and have a subtotal of $325.00 or more, after any coupon discounts and excluding shipping charges.  We will choose the the method of shipping, which will be either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground shipping.  USPS Priority shipping has a transit time of 1-3 days and FedEx Ground is 2-10 days.
Please Note: If for some reason you choose to return your order for a refund, we will deduct the shipping charges we incurred from the refund amount.
