Shipping

Sewn Goods: All products requiring sewing are made to order. The ship date for your order is approximately 2-5 business days from the day you place your order.

Cage Only Orders: If the only items in your order include cages, connectors, or grids (no sewn items), the ship date is approximately 1 to 3 business days from the day you place your order. If there are any sewn items in your order, the approximate ship date is 2-5 business days from the day you place the order.

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping

Please Note!
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to currency conversion by our payment processor.  Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges on our behalf.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, immediately open it and insure you received everything you ordered.  We strive to fulfill orders accurately and completely.  If you find an issue with what you received whether it be missing items, damaged items or incorrect items, contact us right away and we’ll work with you to resolve your concerns.  Please note that we will not be responsible for issues such as these if we are contacted 14 days after the delivery date.

Order Change/Cancellation Requests

Please Note!
If you request to change or cancel your order after it has already been cut, and or sewn, there will be a 15% cutting and handling fee to process the change/cancellation to your order.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund your money, minus all shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee, provided the items are in original, unwashed, unused condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying for the return postage.  Please contact us prior to making a return. Due the fact that Piggy Products are made for direct contact with pet urine and feces, we are unable to give refunds on any item that has been used by your pet.

C&C Cage Returns – Please note that we can not accept returns of cages that have been assembled.  This is because we can’t restock and resell the grids or connectors because they will have small impressions or tears in the vinyl coating, and the connectors will lose some of the gripping strength.

We do NOT accept returns on custom orders.

All refunds will be made using the same form of payment as the original payment. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will go back onto the card you used to make payment. No exceptions.

Safety

Piggy BedSpreads, LLC uses the highest quality materials and techniques for making safe and healthy bedding and accessories for your pets however, Piggy BedSpreads, LLC cannot be responsible for the safety of your pets.  Please examine your items after every wash and dry cycle to check the integrity of the seams.  If your item is damaged by your pet or by normal wear and tear, please remove it from your pet’s habitat and consider purchasing a fresh, new item.
